City cancels special meeting

GRANTS PASS - The City of Grants Pass has cancelled the special meeting that had been called for Monday, May 15. The City says that the meeting is not needed because of Resolution #5081 that was passed unanimously by the Council on April 5. Resolution #5081 directed the City Manager to negotiate for the purchase of approximately 10,000 square feet of land.

Only the special meeting has been cancelled. The Council will still hold its regularly scheduled workshop meeting at 11:30am on Monday. Workshop meetings of the Council are open to the public.
