Larry Lacey arrested for disorderly conduct

GRANTS PASS, OR - Larry Lacey, the owner of Club 71, was arrested Wednesday in downtown Grants Pass.

Lacey was arrested by the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety and charged with disorderly conduct for refusing to move his car after parking it in the street.

Lacey was released immediately following the arrest.
