City seeks applications for Urban Tree Advisory Committee

URBAN TREE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS

Applications are now being accepted for a position on the Urban Tree Advisory Committee. A member of the Urban Tree Advisory Committee’s term has recently expired. The Grants Pass City Council will soon be filling this vacancy. This working committee develops, implements, and reviews programs and activities which promote, protect, and enhance the urban forest. In addition, they act as an advisory committee to the city. Grants Pass received the “Tree City USA” for the 16th year in 2004. The special qualification for this committee is to have an interest in the program. This is a two-year term.
